Polk County 2024 Real Estate Tax List

Lottery Credit Application   Please note: The parcel must be your main residence as of January 1, 2026, and you may not claim residency in any other state. This can also be completed online HERE

First half or in-full real estate tax payments MUST be paid to the Town Treasurer by January 31, 2026.
The Polk County Treasurer’s office does not take ANY tax payments until February 1st.
