The Town of Osceola is updating it’s 10-year Comprehensive Plan, last revised in 1998. The process is expected to be completed in Spring of 2009. This document guides the decisions and policies of the Town’s government, and input from town residents is essential. Please review the documents posted here and consider attending the monthly meetings of the Plan Commission. Your input is greatly appreciated.
